Go Out Screen Time built the Go Out Screen Time app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Go Out Screen Time at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Purchase Terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Apple Services

The App uses Apple's Family Controls framework and other Apple services, which:

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Go Out Screen Time and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GO OUT SCREEN TIME BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go Out Screen Time from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Apple provides no warranty for the App.
  • In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Go Out Screen Time operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
